Found Sound: The result of an ISTD project. An open brief to see what could be done with the idea of ‘3 minutes’. I looked at the sounds resulting in compressing a persons day from 12 hours of sound into 3 minutes, the exhibition held for the pieces asked people to comment, and the poster is using the same techniques to compress the sound as I did with people comments.

D&AD Faber Film book covers

The brief was to design a set of print on demand (POD) book covers for faber film. I used AV symbols to catagorise the different titles. E.g the film history titles would be catagorised by the re-wind button and the screenplay titles would be catagorised by the play button.

Tesco Value re-brand

A self initiated project to re-brand and re-package tesco value. The concept i went for was to show exactly how much more you get for your money with the brand. I used coloured bands to reperesent the food inside. The oversized percentages are there to grab the attention of money savvy shoppers.

A booklet that contains lyrics (the transparent pages), and comments of people (the smaller pages) that I took from the website www.songmeanings.net . Each comment points at a specific place in the song, and relates to another song - which is on the next transparent page.

A typographic experiment. Each color is a different letter, and each letter is made out of a few layers.

Poster and a poetry booklet. The holes in the poster are actually the same word in all songs that are on it (in this poster, the word is “games”). Once the poster is folded, all of the holes are assembled in the same spot.
